What are your hours of operation? Office hours are Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST). We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. For urgent breakdowns outside these hours, give us a call — we do our best to accommodate emergencies and our techs are frequently working outside these hours. We aim to get to you within 24hrs.

Do you offer preventive maintenance or just repairs? Yes! We provide both reactive repairs for breakdowns and proactive maintenance to prevent issues. Regular servicing (e.g., filters, fluids, inspections) helps extend equipment life and reduce costly downtime.

What if the repair can't be completed on-site? Most jobs (diagnostics, routine fixes, part replacements) are handled fully on-site. For cases needing shop-level work (e.g., major rebuilds), we'll advise honestly, coordinate hauling if needed, and keep you updated every step.
